1. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information when you use this website:

• Email address — when you voluntarily submit your email to receive your AI skin analysis results or sign up for communications
• Facial photographs — when you use the AI Skin Analysis tool. Photos are processed instantly and permanently deleted immediately after analysis. They are never stored, saved, or transmitted to any third party other than the AI processing service
• Usage data — standard analytics data collected via Google Analytics, including pages visited, time on site, and general geographic location (city/region level). No personally identifiable information is included in analytics data

2. AI Skin Analysis Tool — Important Notice

Regarding photographs submitted to the AI Skin Analysis tool:

• Your photo is sent securely over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) to an AI vision service for analysis
• The photo is analyzed and immediately deleted — it is not stored on our servers or retained in any database
• We do not use your photo to train AI models
• We do not share your photo with any third party other than the AI processing service used solely to generate your results
• Results generated are based solely on the submitted photo and carry no clinical weight

3. How We Use Your Email Address

If you provide your email address through the AI Skin Analysis tool or any other form on this site, we use it to:

• Send you your requested AI skin analysis results report (PDF)
• Send occasional communications about treatments, offers, and skin health information from Dr. Milanovic (only if you have consented)
• Improve our services and understand how patients engage with our tools

We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with third parties for marketing purposes. Email communications are managed through Resend, a secure email delivery service.

4. Your Rights

Under PIPEDA and PIPA, you have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Withdraw consent and request deletion of your information at any time
• Unsubscribe from communications at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send
• File a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada if you believe your privacy rights have been violated

5. Data Retention

• Photographs: Deleted immediately after AI analysis — zero retention
• Email addresses: Retained until you request deletion or unsubscribe
• Analytics data: Retained per Google Analytics standard terms (26 months by default)

6. Third-Party Services

This website uses the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

• Anthropic Claude AI — processes facial photographs for the AI Skin Analysis tool. Photos are not retained. See anthropic.com/privacy

7. Cookies

This website uses cookies for analytics purposes only (Google Analytics). No personally identifiable information is stored in cookies. You may disable cookies in your browser settings at any time without affecting your ability to use this site.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of this website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
